GENDER EQUALITY INDEX

We publish the results of the Gender Equality Index within VLAD. As a reminder, the publication of this index is mandatory.

The strategy implemented by the Management and the Human Resources department for several years, aims to: promote gender diversity and parity between women and men in the company. We are pleased to announce a score of 93/100 for the reference period of calendar year 2022.

The index is calculated on the basis of five indicators:

  • The gender pay gap: 38/40
  • The difference in the distribution of individual increases: 35/35
  • The number of employees increased upon their return from maternity leave: (NC in 2022)
  • The number of under-represented people among the top 10 earners: 5/10


VLAD makes every effort to maintain a high score well above the minimum score of 75 points.
