We publish the results of the Gender Equality Index within VLAD. As a reminder, the publication of this index is mandatory.
The strategy implemented by the Management and the Human Resources department for several years, aims to: promote gender diversity and parity between women and men in the company. We are pleased to announce a score of 93/100 for the reference period of calendar year 2022.
The index is calculated on the basis of five indicators:
VLAD makes every effort to maintain a high score well above the minimum score of 75 points.
