We publish the results of the Gender Equality Index at VLAD. As a reminder, the publication of this index is mandatory.
The strategy implemented by the Management and the Human Resources department for several years aims to promote gender diversity and parity between women and men in the company. We are pleased to announce a score of 94/100 for the reference period of the calendar year 2024.
The index is calculated on the basis of five indicators:
VLAD makes every effort to maintain a high score well above the minimum score of 75 points.
