The 100% French design and manufacturing of the products, guarantee very high reactivity and total control of all processes, from the initial project to delivery.
Furthermore, VLAD is the only market player in France with triple ISO certification for all of its activities (ISO 13485: 2016 - ISO 14 001: 2015 - ISO 9001: 2015). We are also the first manufacturer in France to receive the THQSE® label in 2021 for its CSR approach.

MECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS

MECHANICAL & THERMODYNAMIC DESIGN
Mechanical adjustment of the battery on the existing or developing application via an integrated 3D CAD study of the pack and the materials to be used.
BMS & PCM ELECTRONIC DESIGN
All hardware or software developments: provision of data, charge status indicators and energy management, Human Machine Interface (HMI), communication, energy conversion, etc.
PROTOTYPING / DEMONSTRATOR
Realization of the Proof Of Concept (POC) for the integration test in the user application. Manufacturing is 100% integrated thanks to our 4.0 machine park and a network of local partners qualified by us.
QUALIFICATION, TEST & HOMOLOGATION
Beyond strict controls throughout the design & manufacturing process, VLAD supports you in the approval of batteries by official UN38.3, IEC62133-2, IEC60086-4, etc. approved laboratories.
